1. Overview

Deliverance Tattoo Supply LTD is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Certain items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.

This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and shipping to ensure transparency and reliability for all customers.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may vary during peak seasons or product restocks.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Once an order leaves our facility, Deliverance Tattoo Supply LTD is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Risk of Loss

All products are shipped F.O.B. origin, meaning risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Deliverance Tattoo Supply LTD only ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once sold:

  • Tattoo needles, cartridges, and tubes

  • Tattoo inks and pigments

  • Disposable grips and tips

  • Aftercare and sanitation products

  • Any opened or used sterile items

If these items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 business days of delivery for resolution.

4. Returnable Items

We accept returns for non-sterile, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Returns outside of this window or without authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

  1. Email deliverancetattoosupply@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions before shipping.

  3. Package your items securely and ship them to the return address provided in your RA email.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error.

8. Exchanges

Deliverance Tattoo Supply LTD does not process direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement or different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Deliverance Tattoo Supply LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “Delivered.”
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.
